본 4차년도 연구에서는 1차년도 연구의 남북 경제통합과 그에 상응하는 농업부문 통합단계의 개념과 구분을 기초로, 준비단계(경제협력단계)에 이은 ‘본격적인 경제통합단계’에서의 통합과제와 추진방안을 모색하고, 전체 4개년 연구를 종합하여 남북 농업통합 중장기 로드맵과 그에 따른 정책 제언을 제시하였음.

Research Purpose
○This fourth year's study Based on the inter-Korean economic integration of the first year's study and a corresponding agricultural sector integration stages of concepts and distinctions, explores integration challenges and measures for the 'full-scale economic integration stage' following the preparatory stage (economic cooperation stage), and synthesizes the entire four-year study to present a mid- to long-term roadmap for inter-Korean agricultural integration and policy recommendations accordingly.

Research Method
○This study utilized the research purpose to fulfill the above research objectives. First, collaborative research was conducted with relevant organizations to utilize experts with long experience in North Korea research. The legal and institutional issues and policy options in the process of economic integration between North and South Korea are highly specialized topics, and Law Firm Pacific was responsible for this research.
