요약문

The goal of this study is to develop model that could strengthen competitive power of local agriculture and to make the way to construct supporting system by analyzing the actual state and good case study of many kinds of agricultural organization that would control rural agricultural production and distribution such as a production organization and agricultural corporation.
Summing up contents of this study by each sub topic, first, we make a development way of organizing local agriculture based on the trends of farming organization, driven process of policies, type, real cases, and case study of farming organization. Second, on the step of design of rural agricultural management model, we search the development way and structural improvement by constructing mathematical programing model that could satisfy various management goals under a given condition of each local agricultural resources and based on nature circulating agriculture related to seedling and livestock farming. Third, on the analysis of relations between farming organization and local agricultural cluster, we search the possibility of development, policy program, the way promoting local agricultural cluster as a supporting system of local farming like a production and agricultural corporation.
