KREI News

According to the 2014 Customer Satisfaction Assessment of Public Institutions by the government, the Korea Rural Economic Institute (KREI) was evaluated as one of top-rated government-funded research institutions with its combined score of 86.7, up 4.6 points from the previous year.

The Office for Government Policy Coordination conducted this survey on government-contributed research institutes from last November to this January to improve public services. As a result, KREI’s overall grade was 1.8 points higher than 27 evaluated institutions’ average of 84.9 points, and its increase rate from last year was relatively much higher than a grand mean of 0.2 points.

KREI is actively providing demander-centered research services, operating its research system for timely responses to agriculture-related social issues and major policy problems. The institute decided to reflect clients’ various opinions in the survey, thereby offering client-oriented research information and enhancing their convenience.
