KREI Signs MOU with Australia's ABARE for Research Cooperation

A memorandum of understanding for research cooperation was signed between the Korea Rural Economic Institute (KREI) and the Australian Bureau of Agricultural and Resource Economics (ABARE).

Oh Se-Ik, president of KREI, signed the agreement with Paul Morrison, deputy executive director of ABARE, an Australian government economic research agency, on April 6 at the latter's headquarters in Canberra, Australia.

With the signing of the agreement, the two institutes are expected to greatly contribute to the agricultural development in both countries by actively carrying out joint research projects on major pending issues.
