The Korea Rural Economic Institute (KREI) named Dr. Chung Chung-Gil as the chief of its newly inaugurated overseas office in China on November 1. KREI has been seeking to establish the China office since early this year and the Chinese Ministry of Agriculture approved the establishment on October 10.
