The Korea Rural Economic Institute (KREI) announced on May 30 that it would join in supporting the government’s 1,000 Won Breakfast Project.
This government project provides college students who often skip breakfast with 1,000 won breakfasts including rice in the situation that rice consumption decreases every year.
To spread the value of ESG and promote rice consumption, KREI signed a memorandum of understanding on support for the 1,000 Won Breakfast Project with Sunchon National University on May 30, and will help the university students to have a high-quality breakfast for 1,000 won until November.
