The Korea Rural Economic Institute (KREI) held the 2022 advisory meeting for rural research on June 27.
Participated by heads of producer and consumer groups. the conference started with KREI President Kim Hong-sang’s welcome address. After his speech, Woo Byeong-joon, chief of the Office of Planning & Coordination, presented research projects planned for the year and discussed research ideas for next year.
Following Woo’s presentation, participants from 13 organizations suggested various views on rural issues and KREI’s research tasks. KREI plans to reflect their ideas in its research plans.
