Hosting a forum for the performance and issues of ‘Innovation of human oriented agricultural administration’
Chang-Gil Kim, President of KREI will be hosting a ‘forum for the performance and issues of Innovation of human oriented agricultural administration’ in the 19th conference room of the Korea Press Center from 1:30 pm on May 15(Wed), 2019.
In this forum, KREI together with Presidential Commission on Policy Planning, and Special Commission on Agriculture, Fisheries and Rural Policies will jointly examine the performance of the agricultural administration and discuss on the future development on the occasion of 2nd anniversary from the inauguration of MOON Jae-In government.
In this forum, ‘Performance and issues of MOON Jae-In government’s agricultural administration’ by Hyun-Suk Oh, the committee member of Presidential Commission on Policy Planning, ‘Securing young farmers and innovative talents in agriculture industry and rural communities’ by Sang-Jin Ma, Senior Research Fellow at KREI, ‘Importance and best practices for animal health control and advance prevention’ by Byeong-Jun Woo, Senior Research Fellow at KREI, ‘Social farming, the way to innovate and cooperate in rural communities’ by Senior Research Fellow at KREI, Jung-Sup Kim, ‘Return-to-the-soil/return to farming, to make better farming villages for people to return’ by Joo-In Sung, Senior Research Fellow at KREI, ‘Food plan, to realize autonomy of local food’ by Eun-Mi Jung, Senior Research Fellow at KREI will be presented respectively. Then President of KREI will preside over the discussion.
Chang-Gil Kim, President of KREI stated that “I hope that you all participate more and put together your knowledge while these guidelines for innovation of agricultural administration and the relevant action strategies presented through this forum become motivity for later half of MOON Jae-In government’s innovation of agricultural administration.”
