Purpose of Research
○ The Agricultural, Forestry, and Fisheries Credit Guarantee Fund(Nongshinbo) supports businesses with excellent financial feasibility but insufficient collateral by providing guarantees, ensuring smooth funding for the agriculture, forestry, and fisheries sectors.
○ The fund's operational multiple, an indicator of its soundness and level of activity, surpassed the appropriate level of 12.5 times from 2019 onwards, reaching 16.8 times in 2023, raising concerns about the fund's financial health.
