Purpose of Research
○In 2021, the government announced the 3rd Basic Plan for International Development Cooperation, which included new priority partner countries and strategic sectors. Following this, a strategy for development cooperation in the agriculture and forestry sectors was established. As part of the agricultural ODA strategy, key cooperation areas for agricultural ODA were identified by region, taking into account regional demands for agricultural cooperation and foreign policy considerations. New projects in core areas are being actively expanded.
