○This survey aims to provide basic data for agricultural and rural policies and related research by investigating perceptions of "agricultural management and rural life," "functions and values of agriculture and rural areas," and "demand for agricultural and rural areas" for farmers who are producers as well as urban residents who are consumers and taxpayers.
