Purpose of Research
○This study aims to explore the potential of youths from multicultural families in rural areas, married migrant women, and international students entering the agricultural labor market from the supply and demand perspectives and to derive policy tasks for an inflow of these three groups into this market. This work will ultimately contribute to securing a supply of young farmers and wage workers to the agricultural sector and enhancing the sustainability of agriculture.
