Purpose of Research
○Following the movement toward a global green economy, the Yoon Seok-ryeol government presented “ transformation to a green economy by preparing a scientific carbon neutral implementation plan” as a national task. Our agriculture and forestry industry has been experiencing an increased burden on the environment, including worsening soil and water quality and air quality, due to excessive use of input materials and intensive livestock farming. In addition, the income gap between urban and rural areas and between rich and poor farmers is wide, and the aging of the labor force has worsened. Therefore, there is a need to foster green technologies in the agriculture and forestry sector, such as low-carbon agriculture, eco-friendly agriculture, and fine dust reduction agriculture, and promote their use.
