Research Purpose
○Since the outbreak of COVID-19, food consumption patterns have been rapidly changing due to the emergence of non-traditional food groups such as convenience foods (meal kits) and novel foods, and the large increase in non-face-to-face transaction methods, resulting in online agri-food distribution, food delivery robots, food delivery and takeout, and cashierless food stores, expanding the scope of agri-food safety management. It is necessary to diagnose the safety management status of these new food industry and prepare safety management strategies that adapts to this new food environment.

○This study aims to analyze the safety issues and safety management status of the new growth food industry after the COVID-19 outbreak, and to propose tasks for agri-food safety management in response to changes in the food market.
