Purpose of Research
○ The purpose of this study is to find ways which reduce greenhouse gases in the livestock sector and to derive policy measures with the goal of realizing carbon neutrality in Korea by 2050. To present policy measures that reduce greenhouse gases in the livestock sector, we analyzed the various effects of greenhouse gas reduction technologies. Based on the analysis results, we presented policy measures to reduce greenhouse gases in the livestock industry and mid- to long-term development directions for the livestock industry.
