Staff Sharing Day in March 2017

The Korea Rural Economic Institute (KREI) had a Staff Sharing Day event in the main conference room on March 13. That day, Han Jaesuk, a visiting professor at Dongshin University, and Director Kang Hakjung of the Home Management Research Center were invited and delivered special lectures.

Before the lectures, President Kim emphasized, “With a strong will, nothing is impossible,” mentioning a four-character Chinese idiom. He urged the staff to fulfill their duties and do their best in performing this year’s research projects.

Visiting professor Han of Dongshin University gave a lecture on education for the prevention of sexual harassment and violence, and Director Kang of the Home Management Research Center delivered a lecture on family-friendly management. Director Kang presented goals that can be applied at the workplace with keywords including wisdom for married life, secrets for raising children, and balance management, which interested the employees.

KREI will continuously provide opportunities for communication such as “Staff Sharing Day” to build a healthy and pleasant workplace culture.
