African Delegation Visits KREI
A ministerial-level delegation from four African countries paid a visit to the Korea Rural Economic Institute (KREI) on July 4 to exchange ideas related to Korea's rural development and rural development policy. Headed by Rashid Pelpuo, a member of the Ghana Parliament, the African delegation also took part in a workshop, where Kim Chang-Gil, research planning and coordination director of KREI, briefed the delegation about the research institute and senior researcher Kwon Tae-Jin delivered a presentation on the development process of Korean agriculture and its policies and visions.
