The Korea Rural Economic Institute opened its newly designed website on its 35th anniversary on April 2. The menu options of the website (www.krei.re.kr) are redesigned and the search function is improved so that users can easily find information. A new function is also added to enable users to register with their social network service and exchange ideas and information. The online security system, too, has been upgraded. In April, three new sections of the website are scheduled to be added one after another. These are 'Quality of Life Improvement Support Center', the English version of the website, and KARIN's homepage for mobile applications.
