The Maritime Province is the smallest area but the most populous region in the Far East Russia. When unification is realized and the North and South Korean railways are connected, the Russian Maritime Province is located at the entrance of the passage connecting the Korean Peninsula and the continent. It is also a region with great strategic value to be developed as a food supply base that can support the North and South Korean population after unification. This paper examines the characteristics of Russian maritime agriculture and examines Korea 's desirable model of agricultural cooperation in overseas agricultural development.
