This paper examines the goals and detailed strategies of the rice production and export policy of the Cambodian government, focusing on the "Policy on Rice Production and Exportation" announced by Cambodia govenment in 2010. In order to achieve this goal, this report discusses and suggests overcome it with the Government of Cambodia.
